Acceptance of Terms

By using our services and/or registering for an account, you are accepting our Privacy Policy and Terms & Condition . If you do not agree, please refrain from using our service.

Description of the Service

Our service allows you to create a personalized link that directs users to multiple destinations.
You can add links to your social media profiles, websites, or any other relevant content.
And you can share your contact info that you provide as your content to anyone.

User Responsibilities

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you link to. Ensure that it complies with all applicable laws and regulations. We do not endorse or verify the content you share.

Lawful Use

You must use the service for lawful purposes only. Do not engage in any illegal activities or violate anyone's rights.

Accuracy

You are responsible for your linked content accuracy and up-to-date.

Account Security

You are responsible to not intentionally share your account security such as username and password.

Your Account

If you are utilizing our service on behalf of a business or individual, you hereby affirm that you have the proper authorization to accept these Terms on their behalf.
Additionally, please be aware that you are solely responsible for any activity related to your account. Keep your login credentials and password secure, and refrain from sharing them with others.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised, please reach out to us promptly. Additionally, refrain from assigning or transferring your account to another individual, and avoid using your account (or permitting its use by others) in a manner that, in our reasonable judgment, harms our service, reputation, or infringes upon the rights of others or relevant legal regulations.

Your eLink URL

When using our service, please use an eLink URL that respects the rights of all users. We recognize the significance of your chosen eLink URL, but it must also be appropriate and avoid infringing on intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks.
You cannot use someone else’s name, such as a celebrity or brand, nor select an offensive, vulgar, or unrelated eLink URL with the intention of profiting from it later.

Should any issues arise with your eLink URL, we will assess the situation fairly and may request that you change it (it could also be reassigned). If you decline, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.
In cases where someone claims that your eLink URL violates their intellectual property rights, they must provide evidence of those rights, and you will have the opportunity to respond. Additionally, if there has been no activity or traffic in your account for the past 6 months, we may reclaim or reassign your eLink URL, we may contact you first.

Your Content

When using our service, you have the ability to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available various forms of information, text, graphics, videos, or other materials on the Page that you create.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the Content you provide complies with legal requirements, maintains reliability, and is appropriate.

If any third party holds ownership over any part of the Content, you must verify that you possess all necessary rights (including any licenses) to allow you to share that Content on the Page and within our service.

By posting Content to our service, you grant us the right and license to publicly display that content. Additionally, you confirm that you hold all relevant third-party rights and licenses required for posting such Content. You retain all rights to any Content you submit, post, or display on or through our service, and it is your duty to safeguard those rights.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us, as well as anyone acting on our behalf (including but not limited to owners, managers, officers, affiliates, employees, licensors, and suppliers), harmless against any losses, expenses, costs, claims, and damages (including but not limited to attorneys’ fees, expert fees, and other litigation costs).

These may arise from, be incurred as a result of, or be in any way related to: (i) any content you submit in accordance with our terms; and/or (ii) any breach of these terms committed by you.

Prohibited Activities

• Use the service for spamming, phishing, or any malicious purposes.
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights.
• Harass or abuse other users.
• Sharing your account.

Termination of Accounts

  We reserve the right to terminate user accounts if we determine that a user has engaged these acts, including but not limited to violating these Terms of Conditions, spamming, or abusive behavior.

• Notice

  We may or may not provide notice before terminating an account.

• No Refunds

  Termination of an account due to misbehavior / misuse / abuse / illegal activities will not entitle the user to any refunds or compensation.
